Though not officially a city, the Alliance area is often referred to as one. It is a 17,000 acre master-planned, mixed-use community encompassing the Fort Worth Alliance Airport, business, retail, and residential communities.
The Alliance Corridor, as it is known locally, is located along I-35 in northern Tarrant County and southern Denton County. Alliance Airport & Business Park besides being a major employment hub, host the Fort Worth Alliance Air Show each fall. Just north of the Alliance Airport is the Texas Motor Speedway with a capacity of more than 250,000 and hosting 3 major races per year.
There are no less than 3 major retail developments underway, multiple restaurants and small retail complexes, with more to come and an abundance of residential communities.
The Alliance Corridor is fast becoming a great place to live, with easy access to major highways and many of Fort Worth’s largest employers.
